𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐄𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐏𝐬𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐇𝐨𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥

The Governor of Anambra State, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo, has inaugurated the Seraphic Psychiatric Hospital and Old People’s Home in Aguleri, Anambra East Local Government Area.

The facility was built by Seraphic Foundation, the charity arm of the Zion Prayer Movement Outreach, under the leadership of Evangelist Ebuka Obi.

Governor Soludo commended Evangelist Obi and the Foundation for their commitment to humanitarian service, describing the project as a significant contribution to mental healthcare and social welfare in the state.
