When we got to work on Monday, we discovered that some people had been building on the road and had blocked several gullies.

You tell people to wake up every last Saturday of the month and clean their gullies.

I have something that, if Tokunbo, the commissioner, is ready, I can sit with him and discuss. All the gullies in Lagos will be opened. I have it; it’s a technology.

There’s a technology I have that will open up all the gullies in Lagos and ensure free flow of water.”
