State of Emergency Necessary in Rivers State – Mr Monday Ubani (SAN)
A Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Mr. Monday Ubani, has described the state of emergency declared in Rivers State as necessary to safeguard governance.
Speaking during an interview on Arise Television on Wednesday, Ubani said President Bola Tinubu’s decision was aimed at preventing the crisis in the state from degenerating into a total collapse of governance.
