The embattled lawmaker representing Kogi Central Senatorial District, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan, has announced a temporary postponement of her resumption at the Senate.

In a statement issued on Tuesday, Akpoti-Uduaghan said the decision was taken based on legal advice and out of respect for due process. She emphasized the importance of following procedural protocols in light of the recent judgment concerning her case.
Furthermore, she stated that she intends to await the Certified True Copy (CTC) of the judgment before making any formal move regarding her return to the Red Chamber.
