The Kano State Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has taken disciplinary action against two judiciary staff members over separate cases of gross misconduct.

This development was made public in a statement released on Sunday by Baba Jibo Ibrahim, spokesperson for the Kano State Judiciary. The action follows the Commission’s 84th meeting, held on Friday, July 18, 2025.

Although the statement did not disclose the identities of the affected individuals or the specific nature of the misconduct, the Commission reaffirmed its commitment to upholding discipline, integrity, and accountability within the judiciary.

“The Commission has resolved to maintain high ethical standards and will not tolerate any act that undermines public confidence in the judicial system,” the statement noted.
