Fubara to Appoint New Chief of Staff, SSG, and Submit List of Commissioners

Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, is set to appoint a new Chief of Staff and Secretary to the State Government (SSG) as part of efforts to reposition his administration.

In addition, the Governor will forward a list of nominees for commissioner positions to the Rivers State House of Assembly (RSHA) for screening and confirmation.

The move comes as part of the Governor’s renewed commitment to strengthening governance and ensuring effective delivery of service to the people of Rivers State.
