EPL: You have to fancy them – Lineker names team to win title with Arsenal 4pts clear

Former England striker, Gary Lineker, has said he still fancies Arsenal to win the Premier League title this season.

The Gunners were held to a 2-2 draw by Sunderland on Saturday, before Manchester City thrashed Liverpool 3-0.

These results mean Arsenal are now four points clear of second-placed City at the top of the table.

“You would have to fancy Arsenal at the moment, really,” Lineker said, while speaking on The Rest is Football podcast.

“We thought Liverpool were coming back to what they were last season with a couple of performances but today was a backwards step.

“If I was an Arsenal fan I would be feeling pretty good right now.”
