About the Founder
– Mr. Roseson Obasi
Roseson Obasi is a Nigerian entrepreneur, social impact advocate, and digital media visionary with deep roots in Abiriba, Abia State. With a track record that spans business, nonprofit work, and media innovation, Roseson is widely respected for his commitment to empowering communities and driving grassroots development through creativity, technology, and purpose-driven leadership.

Before founding AMN, Roseson was actively engaged in several ventures and humanitarian efforts. He is the founder and coordinator of community-based initiatives and NGOs focused on youth empowerment, education, and social support, often working with underserved populations across southeastern Nigeria. His work in the nonprofit sector reflects a strong belief in equity, access to information, and development from the inside out.
As a businessman, Roseson has also been involved in logistics, communications, and local enterprise support — helping bridge gaps in service delivery and promoting sustainable entrepreneurship among youth. Through his various ventures, he has supported young creatives, small businesses, and talent from marginalized communities, earning him recognition as a grassroots mobilizer and changemaker.
In 2013, building on his passion for media and storytelling, Roseson founded what was then Abiriba TV — a Facebook-based platform created to tell the stories of Abiriba people and their culture. Over time, the platform evolved in both name and scope:
Under his leadership, AMN was incorporated in 2022, becoming a formalized media network dedicated to amplifying authentic African voices through storytelling, digital content, culture, and social connection.
His Vision
“My vision has always been clear — to use media, business, and community engagement as tools to uplift people. I want to build systems that support expression, create access, and inspire progress — starting locally, and growing globally.”
Vision for AMN
“AMN was born from a need to tell our stories the right way. My vision for AMN is to become a continental media force — a home for real African stories, cultural pride, grassroots innovation, and youth-driven narratives. It began in Abiriba, but its future belongs to Africa and the world.”
